Pole Fitness

Grip strength, body awareness, spins, climbs. You will be upside down eventually. You will love it. Pole fitness builds incredible upper body and core strength while teaching you to move with grace and confidence.

Aerial Hoop (Lyra)
Beginner to intermediate

Aerial Hoop (Lyra)

A metal hoop suspended from the ceiling. You'll learn to sit, hang, spin, and pose inside it with grace. The lyra combines strength, flexibility, and artistry in every movement.

Aerial Silks
Beginner to intermediate

Aerial Silks

Long fabric drops from the ceiling. You'll climb, wrap, and eventually drop — safely, with an instructor every step. Silks training develops exceptional grip strength and body awareness.

Long leggings and a long-sleeve top to protect skin from fabric burns while learning

Barre

Barre

Ballet-inspired conditioning at the barre. Posture, core, balance, elegance. Perfect for building the foundational strength and body control that enhances all aerial disciplines.
